• The DOH has some upcoming webinars that offer CE credit for physicians, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, pharmacists and pharmacy techs.

  November 13 - Addressing Vaccine Hesitancy in Rural Communities: Part Two

• Join the National Indian Health Board for an informative webinar on Infection Prevention and Control in Dental Settings on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, 1-2 PM (Pacific). • The SW WA AHEC has received a Practical Application to Comprehensive Treatment of Pain grant to offer a FREE 3-hour training. Information and registration may be found here.

• New 2 hours of health equity continuing education requirement for nurses 
  
  Washington nurses must meet health equity continuing education to renew their license. These requirements must be done during the renewal period and can't carry over. As of December 22, 2023, the new health equity CE every renewal period is 2 hours. These hours count toward the RN/LPN 8 hours every renewal period. • NAFC CE Opportunity: Quality Interactions offers a complete suite of online courses to meet the continuing education needs of the healthcare community. Providers will be able to earn printable certificates for each continuing education credit from ACCME, ANCC, CCMC, ASWB and ACPE, depending on the course completed. Each course provides 1 Hour of CE. Apply here. Providers must be staff or volunteers at our member organization in good stancing with the NAFC.
