Here's the Washington Healthcare Access Alliance 2025-2027 legislative agenda:

Goal: Increase Financial Capacity for Free Clinics
* Request an appropriation of $6 million/biennium, or $3 million/year for grants to free clinics to support operating costs

Goal: Improve Recruitment and Retention of Volunteer Healthcare Providers
* Assure continuation of the Volunteer and Retired Providers Program in 2026
* Request policy change to allow free clinic volunteer hours counted as CE credits
