Quality Performance Standards

Washington Healthcare Access Alliance follows the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics’ Quality Standards, developed in collaboration with free clinics and free clinic associations across the country.

The purpose of these standards is to provide guidance to ensure high quality of care for patients, and best practices in clinic operations.

The standards document is intended to be used as a self-assessment tool; however, peer reviews are also possible.
